Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown

Hi Everyone,
I keep getting the error message Windows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. This usually happens after the computer is put to sleep or shutdown. I have been looking through the forums, but I think I need some help with this. I have tried to attach the DMP file to this post but it keeps telling me that I don't have permission (access denied).

Thanks for looking at the post, Maguscreed. Unfortunately I havent been able to zip or open the DMP file. I keep getting access denied errors. I have tried moving the DMP file to the desktop and changing it's permissions/ownership but no luck. I even tried to install a reg edit tool (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1911-take-ownership-shortcut.html?ltr=T) that allows me to take ownership but never saw the "Take ownership" command appear in the right click menu. I also tried disabling the UAC but that didn't work either.

I seem to be stuck! Any ideas?
