Solved windows installation not booting...

Hi so i installed windows 10 about 2 weeks ago and i didnt like it so TIME FOR A DOWNGRADE. Try to boot to the cd and here is the screen i got

Please don't post link to show images. Click Mange Attachments and upload the images, docs etc.
How did you boot the DVD to reinstall Win 7?
Check the boot priority on BIOS. Set to CD/DVD to first and HDD to second.
You can also make a boot able USB flash using Rufus or Microsoft tool.
Download the windows iso from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows7
For the updates:
KB3125574 contains all the security and non-security fixes released since the release of Windows 7 SP1 that are suitable for general distribution, up through April 2016.
It’s single, Multi language, 488MB update file (msu). On a recent installation, you must have first to install KB3020369.

Thanks i used Rufus to make a flash drive. i actually never heard of that program well anyway thanks
