Windows Not Genuine Error - 0x8004fe21

So i have had this PC for well over 4 years now and within the last month, i have this error appear.
It happens twice a day at the exact same time
"This computer is not running geniune windows"

The software is geniune, the pc was sold to me with Windows 7 Home Premium but we purchased the Ultimate upgrade to work with SBS 2008

Is there anyone who has any ideas, because this error has me stumped?
It isnt causing any issues, its just becoming a nuisance

Ignore errors produced when clicking on the Copy button - they simply mean that the tool could not create the backup files for some reason. The data is still copied to the clipboard for pasting to your response.

Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!

What type of Upgrade did you get? - an Anytime Upgrade or a full retail upgrade with disks?
