So, recently, all the pop-up notifications (Discord, AV, Steam and the like) have basically stopped showing on my PC. I still hear their BLEEPs and if I have the app in question minimized, I see the minimized window turn yellow, but the pop-up message never comes up.
At first I thought it was Discord (as it coincided with a Discord update), but after some fiddling, I found out that no notifications are popping up anymore. I have not installed any Win7 updates or similar recently, nor installed any new software. Options in the notification bar (and the options of the apps themselves) are exactly the same as they were before this whole thing started, so I am unsure of what may be going on here.
Anyone has any idea of what may have caused this? Thanks in advance.
