windows problem!

I don't know how to describe this problem i have or if the title of the post is good but i need help cuz i dont know whats wrong with my windows.....

I m using Win 7 ultimate (service pack 1) for more info il post it if u ask for it (if needed)


Well where should i start!!

If i start my OS it works fine and everything works perfect. But sometimes the windows goes just crazy...

Few exemples: i was chating on fb and suddenly my lower letter became uppercase (with caps lock off) .. so i need to push capslock on to make them low again, i cant delete only 1 letter it delets a whole row ... if i minimize lets say my mozila firefox and try to maximize it, it open a new one, if i try to select only 1 file on my desktop it select all of them. not even my enter key is working i cant confirm things or anything the only thing in that case for me is to restart my pc and i need to do this like 3 -5 times a day.... so please if anyone can help me it would be great cuz its getting on my nervs allrdy xD. I checked everytime when that happend Services/processes and didnt find anything unusual..

I would check with another keyboard.

I do very minor troubleshooting at my work. We have multuple laptops and desktop computers. It seems you have the same issue I have to troubleshoot on a regular basis. I usually replace the keyboard on laptops, and replace the usb keyboard and mice on the desktop computers. This solves the issue you described.
