Hi, I have my libraries on a separate partition to the system and the windows search box does not work in any library. Search does work if you do directly to the folder through 'computer' or 'start'.

I have played with folder options, I do not index as I have an ssd, and reinstalling the operating system is not an option.

Any Ideas?

Any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Basically put, Libraries is a shortcut to the same-named Folders in C:\Users\yourloginname\ and may be set to the drive/partition the OS is installed on.

I cant see Library anywhere except for the explorer bar. Anything I can try to fix my problem?

You won't see Libraries anywhere else, it's the Folders in the Libraries that are in the Users.
