Hi All

Dell Inspiron N4050 keeps shutting down when I am typing using the keyboard. There is an error where some auto typing of characters \\\,.56-mvxzc happens and then the PC shuts down. All keys are working fine but it seems the keyboard drivers or something in the cable or connection points is not correct.

Kindly advise if changing the keyboard could solve the problem.

Thanks

Heres a link for the drivers, there is also a bios update they are self installing so they should be easy.

Famous last words!
