Windows Update service will not start

Hi all.

Windows Update Service is not running.

I check under services.msc its not listed.

I try to start in elevated command prompt (which is attached), says the service does not exist.

Ran windows update troubleshooter, and get an error (attached).

Restarted computer 10 times, no luck.

Any recommendations?
