Windows update successful but still wants to install again

Hello, I've got a problem with my windows updates for a couple of days now (3-4 I believe)

2 Updates are always being successfully installed, yet the next time I shut down my computer it always installs the same updates again!
Another weird thing is those updates are from 2011 and 2012!

The Updates are both called:
- Sicherheitsupdate für Microsoft .NET Framework 4 unter Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB2656351)
- Update für Microsoft .NET Framework 4 unter Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2 für x64-basierte Systeme (KB2600217)

I tried fixing it with that "windowsupdate.diagcab" and it did say it fixed a problem but obviously it didn't..

I hope someone can help me :/
