I've been away from my pc and now I'm trying to update and it keeps checking for updates forever.

I tried the following:

"Fix it" does nothing more than getting stuck looking for updates forever (again).

I tried manually resetting windows updates following some tutorials with no avail.

I tried installing windows 10 upgrade and then clicking disagree at the licence page following some suggestions to fix this but nothing changed.

So I just dont know what to do?

It depends how long you have been away from your PC. Updates can take a long time. How long had you been away from your PC and how long is "forever"? If it has been a couple weeks, there could be a long list of Updates which could take a few minutes to install.

Yeah! It just came out... I'm sorry for the trouble and thanks a lot for your reply.

I never had this experience before. Problem solved!
