Solved Wireless Network Adapter is experiencing problems *Realtek RTL8188CE*

I'm using Toshiba L755 laptop with Realtek RTL8188CE wireless network adapter. It shows a red X mark on the status bar icon though it says that Connections are available. When I tried Troubleshooting it says that the wireless network adapter is experiencing problems. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver but nothing changed. I've also searched for the latest driver version of the network adapter and installed it but nothing changed as well. Restarting the computer also does not help. I don't know what to do anymore. Any suggestions?

Just out of interest where did you get the driver from?? I always go to the manufacturers site as I am not a great fan of the Windows feature.

From the ipconfig the Realtek device isn't showing up at all here. Does it show up in Device Manger under Network Adaptors?

I'll try scanning my system then with MalwareBytes and AdwCleaner.

The driver is already installed since the purchase of laptop. I have tried updating the driver through Realtek website but it did not change anything.

About the wireless network adapter. Yes, in the Device Manager the Realtek RTL8188CE is displayed under Network adapters

Windows' Troubleshooting also has this message:

Windows couldn't automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter.

*By the way, the reason for having Connections available despite the red X mark in the status bar icon is because there were Dial-up connections. I removed those and now it Cannot find Connections though our router is working and even my phone is connected.

*I also used to have this Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport Adapter that appears in my Network Connections whenever I Enable Realtek RTL8188CE and now it's gone even in the Device Manager (Show hidden devices)

Okay guys. I thank you so much for your suggestions and interest in my situation. But it seems the problem has been resolved. Still, thank you so much.

So I scanned my computer first with AdwCleaner and I cleaned up those rubbish

Next I scanned my computer with Malwarebytes and there was no found infection.

I've been looking around the forums for similar situations and I tried uninstalling my A/V software (I have 2 actually: Avast and ZoneAlarm)

After restart my wireless connection worked! (I have no A/V right now)

Sorry for the trouble. Thank you very much for your responses. I will come back here again if I find any abnormalities with my computer.

In any case could it be those rubbishes that is disabling my network adapter or is it the A/V software?
