Windows Live is what I am currently using. If I go to Word, highlight a doc to send as a pdf, it rejects it. Error states I am not logged onto Microsoft Exchange. I redo it and it rejects it again. I do it a 3rd time and it always works. What's up and thanks as always to everyone that participates in this forum.

I am not using Windows Live so I am not 100% sure why that is occurring, but why don't you just send the mail from Word directly?

I presume that as you are using Word you have Outlook as well. Configure Outlook with your Live settings http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/ha102218231033.aspx.

Clicking on the "Office Orb" in Word gives you the option to then send your mail/document/whatever directly from there. Would it not be a lot easier than importing the document every time?

Thanks for the response. I do not have Outlook, only Windows Live Mail. I always try to send from the Word section. When I hit send, than the PDF option, it automatically gives me the error message. On the 3rd try it always works. Live Mail is my default email program. This may be one of the famous Live Mail glitches I have been warned about.

Sorry jwurbel, as I said I don't use WLM. I have tried to Google a solution for you, but no luck so far.:(

I am sure someone on SevenForums will come up with an answer for you, so don't despair.:)

Good luck!

As yet another person who misses their Outlook Express I feel your pain.
How ever I'm getting used to Live Mail. Saving and attaching Word docs in
any format is about as many clicks as your doing now, but works every time.
Click away.

Thanks guys. I pretty much came to the conclusion regarding multiple clicks. Maybe, but I doubt, Microsoft will address the issue. Me thinks they are too big for their own good.
