I tried:
- Starting in Safe Mode, start to crush after open an email
- Disable all add-ons(Without 'Microosft VBA for Outlook Addin', I just can not disable it).
- Deleting mail profile and create new one
- Repairing of MS Office via Contron Panel
- Microsoft Office Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT) don`t find errors
- Remove MS office with option 2(Uninstall Office 2016, Office 2013, or Office 365 from a PC - Office Support) and install again.
- Starting in Safe Mode, again start to crash

Last installed software was Acrobat Reader DC, and it has Windows update from last month and I update them. Excel, PowerPoint And Skype for Business are working.

I tried all of this things and still crash. I will be glad of ideas.

Hi NoMoreHugs, welcome to the Forum.

Have you tried uninstalling Office & then reinstalling it again. Are you running a legal copy of Office & is it activated?.

I install office 2016 and it`s working fine now. I install the new version because the person that use the PC is not okey using LibeOffice and Thunderbird for some days.

I will ask him if he install something else other than Acrobat Reader DC (that I see was last updated).

If you open Acrobat Reader DC & click on the Help tab, up the top on the left hand corner, you can select Repair Installation, click on that & run the repair.

I have found this seems to fix most of the Acrobat problems.
