Piano tuner's voicing pliers, used to pierce the felt hammers to improve the tone. After a lot of use the felt gets compressed and doesn't sound like it should, if the hammers aren't properly maintained you could end up with something that sounds like a tack piano

Ciara, you are basically correct as well, it's just that Dwarf was first and usually I cheat and would make you first but there are to many witnesses. Please check back though and see if Dwarf has something to show, if not maybe you do. Let me rephrase that, if Dwarf doesn't have an odd object to show, maybe you do. Not much better.
