ONLY thing i could say is try re-installing the game again but this time do so with :Elevated Admin Rights:... (right click setup.exe and left click on Run as Administrator)... follow all instructions.

Perhaps there is a new DRM that you skipped.

That or go to the game folder and change the admin rights.

Thanks for that i have been through all of that checking right etc. and reinstalling it 6 times as for Elevated adim rights i don't understand that but i will research it other than running set up with admin rights which i do and i am admin as well. but as far as i understood if you were the only person on the system and your administrator WPC is not activated any how??

You would think that but you'de be wrong ;)

Not as bad as Vista but still, everything you install must have elevated admin rights, which like I said before, all it means is... Right Click on .exe and then Left Click on Run with Admin Rights. :p

Sometimes windows does not let me edit my own folders because the properties are Read-Only so you must make sure the folder is capable of being written as well.
