xbox 360 racing wheel

got the wireless gaming adapter and it loaded without any problems but my xbox 360 wireless racing wheel connects but is not recognized by any games. the wireless controller works fine but the wheel will not load. it seems to be installed. the driver is there it's loaded as an HID-compliant game controller. can any one tell me why my games won't recognize the wheel?

Does it show as the 360 wheel under Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers ?

Have you done a Windows Update to see if it has a driver for it?

It shows as a wheel but not the 360 wheel. The controller does show as a 360 wireless controller but the wheel just shows as a generic wheel and windows update didn't have any drivers for it.
