OK just go to that page I just posted above and see what they find for you, I just checked and that's not an actual model number that you gave me. Do you see This written anywhere "Dell DV051" ? That is a possible model number that I found using that number you gave me.

I did that before. I put my service tag in and when it gave me the option for refining results it didn't have one for Windows 7.

Post us the MSINFO32 File

Please go to Start and type in "msinfo32.exe" (without the quotes) and press Enter
Save the report as an .nfo file, then zip up the .nfo file and upload/attach the .zip file with your next post.

If you're having difficulties with the format, please open an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt and type "msinfo32 /nfo C:\Users\Public\Desktop\TEST.NFO\" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Then navigate to the C:\Users\Public\Desktop directory to retrieve the TEST.NFO file. If you have difficulties with making this work, please post back. - Info by John

Ok... X11-4534 isn't helping.... and neither is DE-051 (from MSINFO)

This now begs the next question.... How old is that machine?

MSINFO says it's a Celeron processor, 32bit... so it's got to have a few years on it...

I ask, because it's very likely that if it's more than about 4 years old, there won't be a Win7 driver for that video... (Which would explain why it didn't install).

Next... Was the upgrade done in a pro shop? ... If so, then it's their job to fix this.

There were two files under video. Intel - Driver and Sonic Solutions - Patch/Upgrade

I downloaded Intel-Driver and when I went to setup it said that "The operating system is not supported"

Ok... You can tell the Dell page you've got Vista and try the Vista chipset driver...

No promises...

If that fails... call dell tech support and BEG the for help....

But... when you do get a working driver DO NOT LOSE IT!
