Run your mouse over the devices which are starting with the computer in the bottom right System Tray until you find the HP Connection Manager, double click or right click it to open, find where to turn it off and default to Windows connection manager.
Every model is slightly different and the newest models may have modified it as it has issues known to HP.
Symantec and Network Internet access icons are only ones showing besides audio and Action Center...
