It will published officially the 28 Jan, but the leaked build might be released earlier

I'm not entirely sure if the talk is that it'll be leaked or released.

If it is released you will either be able to download it from here, or via Windows Update.

If it is leaked, you will have to look around for it

while the old beta from 2010 september 15 is still there but NOT any other build , so why should RC be there and not wait until final?

It won't be on that site. It'll be at this one: Beauty of the Web

Logic tells me it'll be there. There have been no other builds released on that site simply because Microsoft hasn't released any other builds.

The Platform Preview builds are released on a different site because they aren't meant for the general public to test, just developers and enthusiasts.

If you are worried about missing the RC then simply check back in this thread on the 28th of this month. If Microsoft has released it, or there has been a leak, you can find it on the first page

it did not surprised me at all, i just asked if the RC will be released there or not, and you said they have not released any build at all since beta1, but you're totaly wrong they released alot of Build version since beta1,

They haven't released any builds since then. Sure, they've sent out builds to VIP testers and they've continually updated IE. But Microsoft hasn't publically released anything besides a beta (and the Platform Previews).

If you would like to ask someone else then that's fine, but I'm in contact with people who have the builds that we've only seen pictures of on news sites.

PRE-RC has been released for a long time now and soon the RC will also be released, so don't say that they have not released any new builds since then !! =)

Not that I have a particular need to brag, but when we were waiting for the beta release on Sep 15th, I was the first one to find the link and post it on this forum, and I found it on the Test Drive website, not the Beauty of the Web
