lol...no go you should see "boot" as one option up the top

Okay go back to the BIOS

Look for one of the following "System Configuration" - "Boot Options" - "Boot Order"

Eventually you will need to find Boot Order so those area's should help you.

when you get to that area make sure DVD/CD is first priority (top of the list) for booting.

you need to go back into the bios and choose "boot".set your cd/dvd drive as your first boot device. put in your windows 7 cd and restart

Though as I stated a few posts ago, you need to go back to BIOS and find 'boot order' and set DVD/CD to be the first to boot.

I am on MSN actually, apparently you are not though.

Listen all you need to do is change the 'BOOT ORDER' in the BIOS so that

CD/DVD is the first thing to boot, then leave, save changes, reboot with Windows 7 Install Disc in the DVD drive and it should work.

Me and Dark tried the cd/dvd thing and it still didn't work. It started to re-install but in the end it was stuck on that all black screen with the Windows 7 thing written on the bottom right corner. What's the repair way?

You can only do a repair if uve already installed Windows 7. I was just in the UK btw, Wolverhampton to be exact, I'm from Vancouver Canada!!!

To everyone else, we reformatted his hard drive and did a clean install (no reason for it to be dirty ). It did the exact same thing, Black screen after first reboot with the Watermark at the bottom right-hand side.

I personally think its a conflict between Windows 7 and his system's hardware.

I believe Vista was on it prior, not entirely sure I'll let him answer that when he gets back on.
