Windows 7 . . .
- x86 x64 ?
- is the original installed OS on the system
- an OEM
- OEM = came pre-installed on system
- One year and a half is the age of system (hardware)
- One year and a half is the age of OS installation (I never re-installed the OS?)
The force shut down vary from time to time.
The "Blue Deathness Suck" zip file has the Resouce and Performance Monitor.
The "Memory Dump + pics" has the memory dump files and the information about the memory dump: the BlueScreenofDeath viewer (named as "Dump File pic), chkdsk (named as "cmd"), sfc /scannow, the drivers before the update, and the driver (Display adapter driver) that was updated.
I tried to do system restore, but it was unsuccessful (but it offered to undo it); it said that it may have to do with my antivirus. I think that the system restore problem is not related to the BSOD.
I can't run MemTest for some reason; I ran going to do the Memory Diagnostics on Windows, but it show that there is no problem.
