I have had this issue for quite some time now.

Hello, and welcome to the Seven Forums!

Please download the attached .zip file, and extract the contents into C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSur\Servicing\Packages\. It is important that you extract the contents into that folder, and you don't place the .zip file itself there. If that folder doesn't exist, you must create it.

After that, please re-run the System Update Readiness Tool, and let me know whether or not the problems persist.
