That's the best that I can do for what you want. And you don't even need a new case. You can use the old one and you have plenty of flexibility for upgrades.

i want a graphics card that is BETTER than a twin frozr 2 (my asshole's friend's card)
i want to fill up my computer with ram (or if u dont want me to have those as backup)
i want a better motherbaord

Seriously:

You can get a perfectly decent ATX case for 50 bucks.

You can get an excellent ATX case for 100.

Either of those systems you mentioned earlier will be fine.

If you mainly game, put your emphasis on the video card.

If you want more than 16 GB of RAM, you may have to upgrade to another version of Windows. I don't know what you now have.

Highly unlikely you would need more than 16.
