Solved How Do I Manually Add Program to Startup > All Programs?

In every past program install, I see the program listed when I clik Start > All Programs. I installed a new program today and it does not appear, although it is there when I hard navigate to the programs directory/folder. Is there a way I can manually direct the computer to have it appear in the Start > All Programs list?
