Recovery Media Windows 7 Toshiba Error

I have these Error when I have try Recovery Media. I am not sure what to do behinde this point.
can you please help me?

Error Code 27 System error code 27 means "The drive cannot find the sector requested."
This error code may also display as "ERROR_SECTOR_NOT_FOUND" or as the value 0x1B.

Have you tried using the recovery partition on the hard drive? Have you tried burning new recovery discs?

I try to create Media follow by Toshiba Instruction.
But I was unable to proceeded to Burn Recovery Media to a [FONT=inherit !important][FONT=inherit ! important]DVD [/FONT][/FONT] because of ERROR in:

And Yes Sir. you got it right its OEM O.S. I apologize for not brought this up before! );

Yes, Microsoft Did Restore/Back up when I called them to activate windows (One time only)
You seem to read my problem quit well, Sir. It seem you really have done so many times before
also. I have try to contact Toshiba but they don't have any more DVD recovery Media.

Can you post a screenshot of your disk management? To get to disk management, go to start, type in computer management, then press enter. Then, click on disk management in the theft pane. After that, use the snipping tool to take a screenshot of it. Then, attach or insert the picture into your post/
