Virustotal says didn't find anything .

Do what I posted on Post number 38 the online ESET scanner.

The eset scanner came up clean. I am starting to think that there is no explanation for the error reading the mbr and the results that Rogue Killer shows.

I'm thinking to . Ran a few programs and everything is coming clean . We could run MSE see what it says

I don't know what you mean or how to find out, i have two usb2.0 ports and one usb 3.0 port. Do you mean the dvd drive/burner?

Open Command Prompt with administrator privileges known as Elevated Command Prompt. To do this, click on rb: type cmd in the Search programs and files box and then hit Ctrl + Shift + Enter. Or right-click on CMD under Programs(1) and choose Run as administrator . Type in the commands below . ( Press [ENTER] after every command )
