* Tried Start up Repair option but it's still searching for problem
* Tried to use system restore but i didn't had any restore point

Specs:
Dell Latitude E6400

4 GB Ram
Intel Centrino/Duo 2 (Not sure)

Wait for startup repair to finish and if it works then try and boot again if it doesn't click on the drop down menu when it says couldn't fix and put a summary of it here.

It also wouldn't hurt running a chkdsk, boot into Windows Recovery Environment(Spam f8 as soon as you press the power button until a screen comes up with some option then press enter on WinRE) click on Command Prompt and check which disk your main disk is(For me it's E: when booting into WinRE but you might want to type
diskpart
and then type
list volume, your files should be in a volume labelled Windows dri).
Then type
chkdsk /r /f (Drive letter):.

Then reboot and see if it will load.

If neither of those things work then I'm sure someone else can help.

If you have any data to be recovered from the failing hard drive, stop using the lappy further, not to tax the hard drive.

Prepare any one of the below Live Linux pen drives on another computer.

Emergency Kit - save your files from a dead OS by whs - Mint Mate

Peppermint3 - Create Live CD/DVD/USB To Use For Emergency Backup by Golden - Peppermint

Lucid Puppy way to recover files from a non-bootable computer by one jumanji - Lucid Puppy

Connect an external drive/ pendrive of sufficient capacity to the lappy, boot Linux from the pen drive and try to copy all important data.

You may go ahead with any troubleshooting procedures after you have successfully backed up.

Can you take off the data from a dead hard drive or it still should be working

In the last post, you said the drive is making clicking noises. From that I presume it is still spinning.

So try data recovery as aforesaid. If the drive is still spinning and Linux can see your drive, it should be possible. ( From a distance I cannot say whether your drive is already dead i.e., not spinning at all.:))
