Hi,
Dang :(
I'm getting the feeling Avast is the issue please uninstall it,
Free or paid for can be re-installed later,
avast! Uninstall Utility | Download aswClear for avast! Removal
Download MSE for testing,
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/products/security-essentials

Reset ie again,
Please do not activate any browser add-ons toolbars.... at all,
Check them after reset and make sure even Flash is disabled,
Run sfc/scannow,
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html?ltr=S
Report any sfc scan results,
Check for windows updates and test the issue,
Cheers.

- Uninstall Avast and check. Nothing
- I have disable add ons, Google Toolbar, Adobe Flash, Silverlight, Java. Nothing
- I have run the sfc / scannow. Nothing
- I have connect to internet through erthnet rather than wireless to see if any problem with that, nothing. I have connect to internet from another network to see if is problem of network. Nothing.

Any other suggestion will be appreciated. It can be hardware failure? lets say from RAM or someth like this?

1.) Download herdprotect: (choose the portable version)

Download herdProtect - Free Anti-Malware Platform

2.) Run the scan.

3.) When the scan finishes, save the results per the screenshot below. Then upload the log here.

DO NOT REMOVE ANYTHING YET. I will advise if anything needs removed when I receive the log.

Your awesome for reading this.
Just some notes: There are a lot of Live Mesh apps in the Pgms & Feat screen shot in post# 17. Some with odd characters.
Live mesh has been removed from Windows Essentials (WE) 2012 - this is a more stable version than 2011

Canon apps also have odd chars.

Let's see what herdProtect finds before making any changes.

They seem to coincide with the geographic location of the OP, I guess that can be clarified by the OP.

Thanks, I thought geography might be at play, but I never was very good at geography :)
Edit: I need to check my glasses. I thought I saw more / different entries for Canon, not the regional differences. I looked again after you posted the obvious error I made and found nothing to note.

Live mesh installs itself for each language? Sheesh! Thanks, I've never seen that before - even working on machines in different locales.

and hence, the preface Just some notes

This is the first time I have looked at a herdprotect scan and found nothing that would indicate a severe/bad/troublesome threat.

I do want to verify that you have the world of goo game?

Please let me know.

You have avg antivirus installed, is that what you are using?

You have also created a new admin account, are the crashes still occurring since the new account was made?

Let's move on here:

Make sure your data is backed up either on an external hard drive or somewhere else before proceeding:

1.) Please download and save the file TFC by Old Timer. Again, save the file to your downloads folder or your desktop. Do not run it.

Downloading TFC

2.) Close your programs before running this tool. TFC will close ALL open programs.

3.) Browse to where you saved tfc. Right click on tfc.exe and choose Run As Administrator.

4.) Click the Start button to begin the cleaning process and let it run uninterrupted to completion. When it finishes it will say total files cleaned, and the start button will be grayed out. Click exit.
Important! If TFC prompts you to reboot, please do so immediately. If not prompted, manually reboot the machine anyway to ensure a complete clean.

I didnt have much time to test full day in the new admin user but for 1 more hour that i tested it was without crashes, till tomorrow i will try for more long time and i will post results. About tfc i have ran it before few days when TrashZone member suggested me it here(http://www.sevenforums.com/system-security/333776-all-browsers-crashing-randomly-2.html#post2795303)

Sounds good. Keep me informed. And oops, missed the part about you already running tfc.

Yes, I figured all those games were preinstalled by asus. I would go through your programs and features panel in control panel and uninstall anything you do not use. Not only to save space, (which isn't really necessary these days) but mostly for performance.

That is bad news,
I would not delay make another admin account,
As soon as you do,
Change both the other accounts to Standard users,
You can then delete the second account,
See if this new third created admin account lives longer with the permissions of the original admin account changed to standard user,

I do not see it necessary to create a new admin account since one was just created. I do think the event viewer is a good idea. Please follow the above advice, and then do the following:

Questions I want answered:

-What is your homepage set to?
-What web sites are you accessing when it crashes? Any website?
-When did this problem start? Did you install or uninstall any software recently when the problem occurred?
-By crashing, is the browser closing and actually crashing? Or it says the browser failed to load the page like stated on first post?
-How old is your modem/router?

Download DDS:

DDS.com

Save the file to your pc. Then open the dds icon to run the tool.
When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:
DDS.txt
Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop.
Include the contents of both logs in your next post by using the paperclip

Your awesome for reading this.
I'm sticking with my suggestion,
A bit more conservative than Nigel's although I would agree 100% with his ;)
Changing both would / should restrict the other two accounts from making system wide changes,
Including what ever corruption exists,
But it is important for the op to Not activate the same stuff that is most likely effecting other needed programs like browsers,
You can still diagnose a standard account ;)
