Solved Computer Boot is mess up after installing Windows 8 and switching back

So recently I decide to try out windows 8 which was the trial version that I downloaded from Microsoft. After finish installing, I thought all my files would be gone but it wasn't, I still have the files but it was not installed as if I have the files and data but I wasn't able to run it because its not installed into the system for some reason. So after having a bad time with Windows 8, I decide to switch back to window 7 by inserting the window 7 disk, delete all the partitions and make new ones and installing it but here comes the problems.
After I finish installing window 7, I ran into multiple annoying things that did not have before windows 8.
First problem:
There has been a blinking white dash line on the top left which is annoying and I don't know what cause it. Picture below:

This is like the same line as the ones you get when your system unable to detect an OS but my system is able to boot up normally.

Second problem:
When I go into the bios, I saw a new thing in the boot sequence. There is this new thing call "window boot manager" which also bugs me and I want to remove it so bad, not only it annoys me, I must boot from that, even thought I installed the OS on the hard drive, when I put my hard drive as first priority, the computer cannot detect an OS and unable to boot.

That was only one problem, now I got another one which I got two freaking "window boot manager" instead of one.

Third problem:
My computer starting window part is completely mess up, instead of having a Window 7 new look loading screen, I got an old loading screen that looks like its from window Xp.

Additional problems:
When I create an partition for installing OS, now I that every time I create an partition, the window automatically creates an extra 128 MB partition that said (MSR) microsoft reserved. It created two of those as I was trying to make 3 partition. I have 2 hard drive, one 1TB the other one is 3TB. Ps: All my drives are GPT.

I have been struggling to fix this problem since sep/23/14 and I have not been successful, I tried to re install the OS 5 times, reset the bios, and still unable to fix it.
I really hope for the community to help me with this because Its ruining my life, Im spending a large amount of time on this and Im not able to get a good result, this is me at home) A good solution Im looking for is to be able to reinstall my OS without having to run into the problems I have listed...

Where did you get the Windows 7 disc you used to reinstall with?

You can download a legal copy with SP1 integrated from here:

Make sure you get the same version you have, Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate and 32 or 64 bit. Note that Basic or Starter is not available.

I recommend using ImgBurn at 4X speed (or the slowest available) to create the DVD from the downloaded .iso file. Just be careful during the install not to accidentally install some of the bundled junk that comes with it. Always take The Custom Install option.

You can do this on any computer capable of burning a DVD.

YOU MUST HAVE A VALID KEY TO INSTALL THIS .ISO.
The one on the COA sticker on your computer will work.
If you are just using the Recovery Console you do not need a key.

You can also create a bootable USB Flash drive (4GB or larger) to install Windows 7 from.

• Download and run Universal USB Installer Easy as 1 2 3
• Select Windows 7 from the first drop down list, all the way to the bottom
• Select the downloaded Windows 7 iso file
• Select your USB flash drive
• Click Create

Once you have the new disc/flash drive, do another clean install following these instructions:

Please post back a screenshot of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...nt-post-screen-capture-image.html#post2261610. You likely have an EFI install if you have Windows Boot Manager actively in the boot order now. This can be confirmed by the presence of an EFI System partition.

The issues may be caused by stray boot code leftover from Win8 which can be cleared by running a few Startup Repairs from disk, or by reinstalling after wiping the boot code and partition table using Diskpart Clean Command.

Yes I do have an EFI installed, its the 100MB one, Im sure its left over from the Windows 8 install but Im not really sure how to remove it, and I have two hard drive, they are both GPT, I think the one I installed the OS on was MBR.

Did you not pay any attention to where you were installing Win7?

All other HD's should always be unplugged during any install.

I will try to send you the screenshot as soon as possible but Im trying to boot from a USB and clean the two drives because I can't clean it while the OS is on it.

Im trying to clean Disk 0 but the OS is on it so Im unable to wipe the drive...

Is there some reason you couldn't follow the simple directions in the link to post the screenshot the way we want it?

Problem is you converted DISK0 to Dynamic disk which is only meant to span a partition across multiple hard drives.

It would be best to start over and reinstall. You are currently installed in UEFI mode so would boot your WIn7 installation media as a EFI device in the boot menu, delete all partitions during the install using the Drive Options pictured in Steps 7/8 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1649-clean-install-windows-7-a.html, to create and format new partitions as desired. Back up your files first, and unplug the other HD's.

If you want to try to repair it you can use the non-destructive option to try to preserve what you have following Option One in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/26829-convert-dynamic-disk-basic-disk.html?ltr=C. Any other method to convert it back to Basic will destroy all the data on it.

Be sure to back up your data first.

Ok now I can boot directly into the hard drive without putting window boot manager at first priority but the windows boot manager is still there...

Another thing I suspect is that everytime when the pc restarts, the pc makes a loud and weird noise, it sounds like a train horn.

If you're sure you deleted all the partitions and had only unallocated space, then the EFI partition was created during install because you have an EFI install, which is fine and exactly what I suggested you do.

Does it boot and perform normally now? What is the exact problem?

Open the case to see if you can pinpoint where the loud noise is coming from.

An EFI install should have the Windows Boot Manager as first boot device. Why are you even concerned about this? If you need to boot another device like a disk, use the one-time BIOS Boot menu key.

I assume is running normally now, I can boot up and use it like usually without having to put "windows boot manager" as the 1th priority but im just bothered by the fact that the "windows boot manager" is still there... because before I installed windows 8, the "windows boot manager" is not there so im just really looking for a solution to remove it from the boot sequence. Is there anyway to make the "Windows boot manager" go away or not perform a EFI install?

Windows Boot Manager is how an EFI install boots itself. You'd have to Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7
to avoid it which requires adjusting your BIOS to enable Legacy or CSM, booting the installer as a non-UEFI device, deleting all partitions during install to clear the GPT formatting.
