Lost IPv4 when resuming from sleep mode

I have a gygabyte (GA-P55-UD5) motherboard with dual Lan by realtek , my computerhas been loosing the connection lately, when it returns from sleep. I have download the latest driver from realtek, I have turned off power saving options on the properties of the driver, I have reset the windows TCP/IP Winsock Catalog. I'm at my wits end with this problem.
The computer basically changes the Ip address to something else

Any help would be appreciated

It would help us to know the before and after IP addresses.

Also are you connecting direct to your modem or through a router?

IPv4 changes from my static address 192.168.2.8 to this one 169.254.255.192(Preferred)
In black is the cmd prompt when the connection is on, in red upon reawakening when I dont have one. If I reboot the computer it works fine

On first blush ... you need to clean up your DNS servers. You have 4 listed, one is your router, the second is on an entirely different subnet, the third is an invalid address and the fourth is a duplicate of the first. Also notice that on your second go around you have no default gateway listed, which will prevent IP forwarding into and out of the WAN side of your net.

This could be your problem... when the computer wakes up, the nic is a bit slow to connect it jumps to the next DNS server, which is not found and errors off producing the results you're getting... On most home routers the Default Gateway and DNS server shold both point to the router's IP address... It's ok to leave the extra lines blank.

Regarding the second part of that article, I have used the flusdns so many times
and the problem continues

Also I have tried the release and renew command prompt of the nic and I have a message saying
an error occurred: the system can not find the file specified
