Go to search type windows update

Then when update appears click on it

Then just check for updates

It is probably set on automatic update if you did not change it.

It takes very little time. Just go to check for updates. You should be set for update automatically, which means that you will have nothing to update, now. If you do have a lot of updates. You can either check once a week or we can set it to update automatically. I am here to help, any questions just post.

Just do one update at at a time, You should not have many updates, they should have been done automatically.

If you do not use it, set it to hide.

Since you have so many updates, every time you do 10 or so, do the system restore again. In case of problems you can restore back to before the problem without doing them all over, again.

i got updates of 512 mb . there were many updates .and my pc is working awesome thnks .rich

That is normal. It means that the important ones (Microsoft feels that everyone should have the important ones) are all updated. The optional ones are for you to decide. Do you want them or not. If not, set them to hide.
