Solved 16GB (15GB Usable) help.

Hey guys, so the other day I found out one of my Modules was faulty (Corsair Vengeance 16 GB kit) and i took it out and tested the rest and the board DIMM slots, everything else was great.

So today i received my replacement 4GB Module and at first it was saying 16 GB (12 GB usable) in System, I took all the ram out and reseated the 4 Modules and it showed 16GB in Bios and Memtest86 (which was fine)

Thing is now it says 16.0GB (15.0GB usable) in Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > System why is that? is it normal?

Hey Bobby, I did that but no nothing, I opened Resources through task manager and it said that is was holding 1067mb for Hardware.

I formatted last night, an it has returned back to normal :)
