my computer keeps freezing keyboard and mouse wont respond and screen keeps turning of no\

In going over your attached file I found an August Windows Update (KB2982791) that has the capability to cause the problems you're seeing and it should be removed until Microsoft has a chance to modify and offer it again.

Scroll down a bit until you see Mitigation's and follow the instructions:

Mitigations

Open the Programs and Features item in Control Panel, and then click View installed updates. Find and then uninstall any of the following updates that are currently installed:

• KB2982791
• KB2970228
• KB2975719
• KB2975331

Even though I looked for the other three you should look for yourself. When you get to the View installed updates window just enter the KB# in the search box located at the upper right top of the window, KB2982791 should pop up then right click on it and click on uninstall.

Do this for the others in order, if search tells you it can't find them you're okay, if it finds any of the other three uninstall them also. Close all programs and see if your machine will reboot and go to your desktop.
