I tried to upgrade to a paid version of my malware software. It began to update, screen went black, listed two suspicious files it found, then crashed. Screen full of information, choices to reboot in Safe Mode, etc. I did normal boot. I ran the upgrade again, blue screen again. On reboot the screen came up but no icons on screen or sys tray. I did a hard reboot and deleted the program.

What I want to read is the dump file to see what caused the BSOD. Where does it go?
