Apple IBook G4 wont boot Windows 7 Setup USB or CD

I want to install Windows Se7en on my Apple Ibook but I cant. I have a Power PC and it uses Mac OSX 10.5.8 Could you plz tell me how to boot the devices on it? I have tried to boot windows up in the Kernel (Open Firmware) and the boot device screen (Accessed by pressing 'OPT').

The iBook G4 is not an Intel Mac, so you cannot use it to run Windows natively using Apple's BootCamp software, nor can you use Parallel's Desktop for Mac software.

So your solution to use Virtual PC is the only real solution (though it will run slow).
