Apps crashes on exit (ntdll.dll)

Hello!

After I reinstalled windows it started to happen on two apps, Psi instant messaging application and on PES game.
Before new installation of windows this didn't happen. Other apps work good so far.
So I'm wondering what could cause thees crashes. I installed the same drivers and apps like on my previous win7. SFC /scannow doesn't show any errors.

I got the same problem since I change my motherboard from asus p5nmx to gigabyte g41m.
I tried to reinstall my win7 again, update windows...,still crash
