Oh your right sorry missed the nfo post. At this point I would run driver fusion to clean out any sound stuff only atm then reboot and see what windows thinks. https://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion/download Matt I would just analyse the system with it before deleting anything, pick realtek sound.

I'm not understanding why this isn't in the system so Windows 7 can see it.
