I only play SP since I have such a 'great' internet speed. But, if you get killed, it will not reload the game. The screen goes completely black and the computer frezes up completely almost every time. Usually a hard reset to fix it or task manager will sometimes work. I have also unlocked badges and weapons that I never get. The same thing happens whether playing through Battlelog or in offline mode. And it's not the graphics card either. I've used task manager to close the game and played other games that run just fine. I've also tried ie11 and Chrome, with no difference,

Ah yeah the dodgy game save issue has been a pita for a lot of people, Luckily not me. Hopefully this patch sort's it out for you
The only problem I had with the SP was if I killed all the enemy before I'd reached the point where the game thought I'd kill them it failed to load the next part. It just got stuck with no cue to let you know what was going on and I'd have to go back to the last save. I've not played the SP since release though and haven't done it all. I do know that the last level has to be done 3 times though to unlock a certain unlock and achievement.

I had no problem with the sp. MP did crash a few times. I hope the patch helps.

I've been mainly crash free for a while now, touch wood it stays that way. I'll have to get round to finishing the campaign at some point too.

That's just asking for trouble lol.
It ran great for me before the patch but run's like s**t a lot of the time now. It seem's like a memory leak though as it will run ok for a while but as time goes by it gets progressively worse. One of our servers had only been up 7hrs and started to get really laggy but as soon as the server was restarted it was problem free again. My only real gripe is the friendly/enemy name tag's not showing up when you first look at somebody. The amount of TK's is just blood boiling

Played a few more minutes yesterday and, it could be me but, for some strange reason, I don't know what I am doing and I don't know where I am going. I play with headsets because it helps me make less noise in the room and I hear everything better at lower decibels.

I could be that I have gotten used the "taken by the hand and lead to the firefight" of other games but I don't feel immerse in the character.

I usually try my best to pay attention to the plot but I am having a hard time understanding what the hell went wrong or why we are fighting the people we are fighting.

I know for a fact that I will get the game at some point but I definitely not buy it now... less so in the state is in.

Lol, might post some soon. I'm still loving the game. Most people seem to have issues with the game but I have been lucky it plays great for me. I tried one of the new maps tonight, it was good. I am starting to get a feel for the mp so it's on now....see ya on the battlefield

Since the game update the other day a lot of people running Sli have to disable it, The game no longer supports Nvidia drivers earlier than 331.82, I already tried that driver last week and it caused DirectX error's but apart from that it was ok so I went back to 331.65. Then the update came and forced us to use the later driver but if Sli is enabled it's unplayable due to missing textures,objects and what is left is flickering. Most of the people I've spoke to have the same issue but not all and only a few that run X-fire I was really surprised how well it run on a single card at the same settings though.

My BF4 settings after the new driver updates with R9 280X @ 1080p. i get an average of 60FPS. but this was shot in windowed mode to get the SS.

You'd get better performance and the game would look a bit better with weapon dof and motion blur off.
