Solved Blank screen after install amd ccc for AMD radeon HD 6700

hello,guys.

I just reinstall my windows 7 professional 32 bit to win 7 ultimate 64 bit ,But when I download the latest and same update for my graphic card the AMD Radeon HD 6700 ,After shutting down my laptop and restart it my screen goes blank after "Starting Windows" screen and after that ,it's not doing anything but the windows still can log in and operate but the screen keep blank (no lights). I know how to operate Safe mode and it can working properly .But I want it back so I can use this VGA to play and work.Can you all helping me solve this thing

I got Intel i3-2330 [email protected] GHz
my laptop is ASUS model K43SA .Ram 4 GB
