Blue Screen make me crazy.. :(

Hey all,

I want to ask something about blue screen... why after I install some kind of program when I have to reboot then when it want to start the windows it cant and then suddenly appear a blue screen... then I have to do some kind like system restore... and all i have installed program disappear... :( and i find difficulties to install some kind of program that i want to use.. I've formatted my windows twice... and it keep happening... what should I do?

are there any problem on my windows or my hardware...
