Start using the process of elimination. Being a laptop makes that a little bit more difficult.

You say you formatted and replaced, maybe a dumb question but did you reinstall ?

You haven't filled out the spec.'s at all ......... you talk very disrespectfully to those trying to offer help. Do you really think that's the best way to get the advice you need?

How about some REAL spec's and a screen shot of the error message? A little civility wouldn't be a bad idea either....

I looked at the screenshot, and the problem is with your Wireless card, arth.sys, I think.

Thank you for the updated spec's and the edited remarks. (The screen shot is unreadable by the way to me at least :))

Now, to your problem. Did this occur before or after you reformatted ? Before or after you reinstalled? Have you tried a system restore to a time before the problem started? Try booting in safe mode and run a sfc/scannow.

Well if he reformatted and reinstalled, he won't have any Restore points to go to, just sayin', and I didn't see anything disrespectful in his post. Maybe it's just me:) some of you folks need to chill a little, with all due respect.

That`s because he did an edit. If people are trying to help, you should not come back with a sarcastic remark, even if you did not intend to be.

Maybe if you get 500 posts under your belt you can start making comments about people who may have been here for a long time.

I figured it out, there was a problem with the wireless driver. I went into the safe mode, disabled the driver from device manager and reinstalled the latest version.

Thanks for your help!
