Solved Bsod 0000000a

My Soluto account reports that my computer crashed with BSOD 0000000A. Last night is when it happened. I went to get on it, and it was powered off. I powered it back on, and it said that Windows didn't shut down right. If anyone is willing to help with this error, it would be greatly appreciated. This goes to Maxie or anyone out there who is willing to help.

Not that I know of. This happened after I had an Apple Software Update for iCloud for Windows yesterday.

Look in Programs and Features see if it is there or WinPcap ...

All I have that is installed that start with a W are Welcome Center and Windows Essentials 2012.

Run a scan with Malwarebytes

No malicious items were detected. It seems to be running fine today. It was running fine yesterday too.

Do you get that Message when you first boot ?

Nope, I do not.

In the Search box Type >> msconfig ... When open check in startup and Services for >>> NetGroup Packet Filter
