BSOD 0x0000001e while installing Intell SSD Toolbox

Hi,

I just cloned and installed an Intel SSD 520 and when I try to install the Intel SSD Toolbox v3.1.9. I get a BSOD of 0x0000001e every time. I ran the SF Diagnostic and uploaded the output.

The BSODs are caused by Acronis Snapshots Manager (c:\windows\system32\drivers\snapman.sys)

Either update Acronis or uninstall it.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

1. Click on the Start button
2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
3. Select the “Startup” tab.
4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus, and you may keep the programs like rainmeter.
5. Apply > OK
6. Accept then restart.

Disable DVDFab Virtual Drive. Mount it only and only when it is needed; not always. Otherwise it may be proven to be problematic, as it is an attempt to emaluate a hardware using a software.

Hi, thanks for your help. I removed the Acronis programs and a bunch of others that I wasn't using anymore. I forgot that I once tried to install a Samsung SSD and had loaded the Acronis Samsung program and forgot to remove it. I'm pretty sure that was conflicting with the Intel toolbox. Now I'm having issues with the motherboard when I tried to add a couple usb ports on the back and somehow it corrupted the C drive. I'm just starting to research that one. Thanks again.
