BSOD (3) after Cold Boot. Possible hardware issue?

Well, if anyone with memory remembers my username, he'll know that I had a very long thread about Win7 32b HomePre going rogue and saying that it was pirated.
Yesterday I cleaned up the PC (You know, thermal compound and all that stuff) and when I rebooted it: Win7 Is not Activated.
I inmediately thought that this issue was caused by a hardware malfunction (which in turn, made Windows think it wasnt activated with "this" PC).

Now, back onto the BSODs (which might be also related to Hardware), they happen everyday, I boot the PC, windows loads and I log onto my user...BSOD....repeat process, I can use it for like 10-15 minutes more than before....BSOD....idem but 30-40 minutes more....BSOD and this time they're gone for all the day.

This is a strange and utterly illogical matter. Why? Because if something makes BSOD happen, then they have to happen all the time, not just during a period of time . And this period of time, is exactly, without all doubts, after leaving the PC turned off for a long time (IE 5 hours or more).

Do you think it has something to do with heat? With the HD RPM's?

BTW:Memtest with my memory sticks 2: No problems found after 8 hours test with each one.
GPU: Furmark, Ati Stress tool: No problems found, temperature never goes past 70º (FAN at 35º).
CPU: Forgot this test name :P....it had something to do with numbers, anyway, It tested the 4 cores and no problems.
OCCT (overall): 1 hour, no problem.
HDD: scannow, WD tool: No problems, perfect state.

Thanks for your help.

EDIT: just for you to know: After the BSODs are gone, the computer works like a charm. During the BSOD "period" Google Chrome crashes, some windows programs crash (like explorer.exe) and error messages pop up here and there.

Hi,

The error you have shown is normal - don't worry about that.

What happens when you attempt to validate your installation? Please do that, then re-post a new MGADIAG report.

Regards,
Golden

Hi,

I've been researching your problem, and it took me a while to find the answer (courtousy of NoelDP), but your problem may be related to a fix required for the licencing store.

Code:
Licensing Data--> En un equipo que ejecute una edición de Microsoft Windows distinta de Core Edition, ejecute 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x1A8' para mostrar el texto de error. Error: 0x1A8

Lets try recreating the Licensing Store.

Recreate the Licensing Store:
1) Click Start button.
2) Type: CMD.exe into the 'Search programs and files' field
3) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator
4) Type: net stop sppsvc (It may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
Note: the Software Protection service may not be running, this is ok.
5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform
6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
7) Type: cd %windir%\system32
8) Type: net start sppsvc
9) Type: slui.exe
10) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear.
You may be asked to re-activate and/or re-enter your product key or Activation may occur automatically.,
If you are asked for your Key, use the one on the COA Sticker on the machine's case.

Re-run MGADIAG again, then re-post here.

Regards,
Golden

I'll do what you say, but I want to clarify something: I have windows activated and validated

I told that because I found odd to have the ACTIVATE WINDOWS with black background pop up and then after clicking ACTIVATE NOW everything was solved in 1 sec.
