Just uninstall the software and check that the .sys is gone, after.

Ok. I have removed Live Mesh and so far after a few restarts we are not getting the error.

Now onto removing CCC and fixing my graphics drivers.

Let's see how that goes.

Ok, removed the Updates and graphics driver.

Have restarted about 6-7 times tonight and no errors (and a lot quicker boot!)

Awesome.

So far so good guys. I've updated the drivers for my Logitech input, and network card. No new chipset driver.

Awesome.

Thanks guys, I will keep you up to date.

So I reverted to the drivers that came with my MoBo, and I have been error free for 4 days. No more explorer.exe error at all. I don't use CCC and my system runs fine with a 32" LCD on HDMI and a 19" on VGA. (No dual DVI/HDMI option).

You can see my system specs. Hopefully this can help someone that sometimes the latest isn't the greatest.

I tried updating to the new 9.12 ATI drivers, but it didn't help. It seems the only drivers that work with my onboard graphics are the ones released by ASUS. Is this typical for onboard?

Hope this can help someone.
