I have been getting a BSOD, specifically a physical memory dump with the message BAD_POOL_CALLER.

I don't recall installing anything new on the PC recently but I can't say for sure that I haven't either. I have not attempted to alter or uninstall anything since I first saw the BSOD.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello there!

Seems like there are multiple reasons but what stands out is one of crashes is "REGISTRY_ERROR"

Something has gone badly wrong with the registry. If a kernel debugger
is available, get a stack trace. It can also indicate that the registry got
an I/O error while trying to read one of its files, so it can be caused by
hardware problems or filesystem corruption
.
It may occur due to a failure in a refresh operation, which is used only
in by the security system, and then only when resource limits are encountered.

Run SFC Scan http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Download and run Malwarebytes to rule out Malware infections.

Update this driver:

Thank you for the response. So an update on what's been going on so far. I've noticed two more BSOD messages. I've been getting "System Service Exception" and that's mostly been coming up when I try to power down the computer. As soon as I start the power down it automatically goes to BSOD. The other one I just saw today is "Page Fault In Non Paged Area."

So I did what you requested and ran malwarebytes and it came up with no errors. I updated the driver and ran the sfc scan. The sfc scan did come back with having errors that it could not fix. I'll paste the message from the prompt.

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of th
em.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Anything I can do at this point?

I kind of figured as much. I'll give the repair install a shot and if that doesn't work clean install it is!

Thanks for all your help Capt!

Well I thought this issue was going to be solved with a quick re-install but the problems have persisted past that. I have tried re-installing Windows several times and I'm still having blue screens consistently even if I just let the computer sit after the re-install.

This is probably the 5th or 6th time I've tried and this time all I did was put the necessary drivers on the computer and I let it sit and i'm getting a "Memory_Management" bsod, I think i've seen two of them so far. I'm attaching the zip file to hopefully get some insight on what I can do to fix this.

Thank you in advance.
