Solved BSOD - Bug Check 0x51 - Registry Error

Having a BSOD few minutes after system logon.

Probably caused by : ntkrpamp.exe ( nt!HvpSetRangeProtection+40 )

Since this is an 0x51 you might aswell backup your data and re-install Windows, that should fix the problem.

No apparent any reason , the blue screen stopped and the system follows working normally after 4 hours.

Format is the only solution if the blue screen re- appear ?

Yea, you can always run Malwarebytes to check for viruses. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/338716-malwarebytes-anti-malware-free.html

But besides that if this comes up again you'll have to re-install as 0x51's are typically caused by registry corruption.

Just to note.
Registry corruptions might be solved with SFC

Please do the following:

• Open an admin command prompt
• Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
• When it finished reboot your system
• Open again an admin command prompt
• Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

It happens just rarely, but if it's a minimal registry corruption it might get fixed, don't forget to run chkdsk /f /r aswell.

No BSOD so far. I tried the SFC / scannow and no errors were found. I try chkdsk. Note: Restore the log backup that is created by the windows if the blue screen reappear , might solve the problem?

On the whole, the event , but managed to solve the problem will format as suggested .
