Hi,

Just want to seek some help to see what is happening on my laptop. It started to give me BSOD - Memory Dump every 30mins of logging in on windows.

Please find attached dump file. I just put .doc to be able to upload it. Just remove the .doc extension to be able to get the correct file.

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

I have fixed my own problem during the weekend by doing system restore. The system restore rollback the updates from adobe flash that I did last week and that was the cause of my laptop having constant BSOD (BugCheckCode 000000d1). I am not that sure how could it cause such problem.

Hard to say how it happened without the crash reports. My best guess would be that some form of corruption occurred on the system that may or may not have been directly related to the Adobe update. See if the Flash update causes the problem again. First, create a system restore point, and then install the update.
