Hi!
I never postet on this forum, normally i manage to solve my problems alone, but this one is totally out of my reach. My newly bought selfbuild Gamer-PC has randomly BSOD, no matter what i do. Normally i use Linux and there i know where to start debugging, but my Windows 7 knowledge is...well there istn any at all :P
I really hope you can help me fix or at least locate the Problem.
Thanks in advance,
Chris

Thanks yowanvista, i did an memtest86+ from grub(8 hours to be sure) and it did pass without an error. In the meantime, i dont get any more bluescreens but the pc just shuts down. Windows doesnt even seem to have a problem with that because he starts afterwarts like anything is ok. Sometimes just, i get an vga failure error code from my mainboard an so the pc doesnt boot until several restarts. I found the windows logs and it did say the following:
- <Event xmlns="Error">

which honestly i dont really understand.

Now im asking myself, is it the mainboard or the gpu? Or maybe something completly different?
The temperatures are ok and the "unespected" shutdowns occured while playing Borderlands.

thanks for the replys and sorry for the rusty english :P
