BSOD on shutdown

Hello I get BSOD whenever I do a shutdown, it all started when windows automatically updated files. However this sets of BSOD happened after reformatting and installing windows 7 thrice already. I also noticed from the previous installation that when I update the drivers or install drivers from the CD that came with my ACER laptop it also ended up in BSOD though I don't know exactly what drivers are causing it... Any help is much appreciated I'm attaching a copy of the minidump files.

All of the minidump files blame usbhub.sys, do you have usb hub. The bugcheck code is FE, which usually point to USB device driver.
One generic way to solve issue with usb BSODs is to go to device manager, under usb list, click properties and uninstall everything, then restart your computer

Hi Hisuka and welcome

These crashes were all caused by usbhub.sys. How many unpowered USB devices do you have? When more than 2-3 devices are connected they can cause the power to fall to low and prevent the devices from working. If you have more than that number of devices you can replace an unpowered device with on the plugs in. That should fix the problem.

If you only have one or two devices you can re-install the drivers that came with them.

In addition to Jan's advice, what USB devices are attached? It could be a device causing the BSODs.

@ttran I already did what you recommended but to no avail, BSOD still occurs...

@Jonathan_king - oftentimes I only plug-in a mouse and a cooler fan, sometimes a USB stick and a wireless modem

@JMH - I oftentimes plug-in a mouse and a cooler fan to my laptop however, even before using the cooler fan which leaves the mouse as the only device plug to my laptop I still get the BSOD. Though from some readings in the net I suspect that maybe the BSOD has something to do with the drivers of my laptop since I'm using an acer aspire 4745g...
Initially when I bought the laptop which came with a pre-installed windows 7 home premium but the drivers (which were on a different DVD which came with the laptop) was not yet installed, so I installed the drivers from that DVD and that initially cause the BSOD so I have the laptop reformatted and installed windows 7 home premium and again installed the drivers, BSOD again... reformatted and installed windows 7 home premium again but this time had a windows update and installed selected drivers from the DVD...
The BSOD from when it all started only happened during shutdown...

I visited the computer shop were I bought my laptop and let the staff take a look at the problems. They recommended to reformat and install the windows 7 again, so I consented. Afterwards I did installed the drivers particularly the ATI Radeon 5470, Realtek Audio, etc... However, I found out that one of the reasons that formerly cause BSOD in my laptop was when I installed the driver for the USB controllers particularly the Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controllers to intel (R) 5 series/3400 series chipset family usb enhanced host controller - 3b34 and
intel (R) 5 series/3400 series chipset family usb enhanced host controller - 3b3c. I'm attaching the minidump file for future references...

For now I can say that my case is solved by reformatting the laptop and turning windows update off. The cause of the BSODs was the USB Controller drivers being updated and second through windows update...
